Venue and accommodation
The DGP 2027 takes place at the campus of the Department of Aerospace and Geodesy of the Technical University of Munich, Willy-Messerschmitt-Strasse 5, 82024 Taufkirchen.
Access to the building and event rooms is barrier-free.
Getting there
By public transport: You can easily navigate Munich's public transport using the MVV website (https://www.mvv-muenchen.de) or the MVGo App, which provides real-time route and schedule information. The venue's closest public transport stop is Taufkirchen Lilienthalstraße, well served by several bus lines:
Buses 210 and 222 operate from Neuperlach Süd, while Bus X200 runs from Ostbahnhof, offering a direct route for those staying in central Munich.
Additionally, Buses 214 and 241 connect the venue with the Ottobrunn S-Bahn station, providing further accessibility.
By car and taxi: The campus is located right next to the A8 (exit 94 Taufkirchen Ost). Parking is available at the corner of Ludwig Bölkow-Allee/Robert-Koch-Straße, and additional parking is available at Lise-Meitner Str. 9 in 85521 Ottobrunn.
For those who prefer private transport, taxis can be booked at +49 89 21610 (Taxi München eG), and Uber is also available via its mobile application.
By plane: The closest airport is Munich Franz Josef Strauß (MUC), located about 50 km (ca. 45 min by car; 1:15 h by public transport) away from the venue.
